It takes between 1 and 5 days to get your order ready for dispatch, depending on how many other orders I have. I try to send everything as soon as possible. Once dispatched, it's difficult to say how quickly your order will be delivered. Sometimes it takes only a couple of days, and sometimes it takes a couple of weeks.
All orders are sent out as Standard without Tracking. However, when you're in Checkout you can opt for Tracked shipping, which costs a bit more.
Normally, orders are delivered within 2 weeks. Sometimes, however, they take a little longer. Unfortunately, I have no control over postal services (I wish I did!). I send out orders as soon as possible, but after that it's up to the postal services to deliver as quickly as possible. I can only start looking for a solution when your order still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks.
No, all fabrics are sold in increments of 10 cm, unless otherwise stated. In the shopping cart a quantity of 1 = 10 cm. A quantity of 2 = 20 cm. A quantity of 10 = 1 meter and so on. When ordering more than 10 cm you'll get one continuous piece.
